Our President, Holly Dominguez, supports SMBs, venture capital funds, private equity firms, and venture-backed companies involved in global mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and cross-border deals by providing international M&A advisory services.

Our investment banking firm was founded in 2006. Our team has prospered as licensed brokers and investment bankers, successfully closing deals up to $200MM in value, and offering enterprise appraisals, expert testimony, and due diligence oversight. Our executive team holds advanced degrees from Harvard, three professional certifications, business brokerage and real estate licenses, have completed over 100 business valuation reports and property appraisals, and have logged over 12,000 hours serving as expert witnesses and legal consultants.
